This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, PANNGB-22-P-0000 008596, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Full Text provisions and clauses can be found in Attachment 2. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 448140 and the small business size standard is $41,500,000. All proposals must include Federal Tax ID, CAGE code and DUNS number. The Government intends to evaluate proposals without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). This requirement is for Backpacks, Water Bottles, and T-Shirts all with Army National Guard branding. The government intends to issue a single award and is looking for “or equal” items that are comparable in technical specifications to the items described in this notice's attachments.
