The base involves removing existing carpet on the second floor hallways, offices, and open office areas. Install approximately 14,500 sf of LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) style flooring. Replace existing cove-base, approximately 1,100 to 1,650 lf, removed for new flooring installation. Replace or install ten smooth aluminum thresholds required for existing STC doors. The second phase (bid additive 1) involves removing approximately 1,600 sf of existing vinyl tile, located near elevator and adjacent hallways, and replacing with new LVT style flooring. Replace existing cove-base, approximately 245 lf, removed for new flooring installation. The third phase (bid addtive 2) involves removing and replacing the carpet in the Auditorium, stage, as well as the carpet on the vertical face of the stage. Replace approximately 760 sf of carpet with new carpet tiles or LVT style flooring, determined by the user. Replace stage vertical face with 80 sf of prefinished wood paneling. Replace existing cove-base, approximately 180 lf, remove for new flooring installation. Provide new transition strips, approximately 160 lf, between new flooring and seating areas.
