This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, PANNGB-22-P-0000-008230, is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, effective 24 Jan 2018. This procurement is Full and Open Competition. The NAICS code is 541810 and the business size standard is $16.5M. Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria: a. Advertisement visibility hours per county. b. Price. c. Past performance. Evaluation factor a. is approximately equal to price. Evaluation factor c. is significantly less important than price. The government will issue an award to the vendor the government deems to be of best value to the government. The government intends to issue a single award but may issue multiple awards from this solicitation if it is determined to be in the best interest of the government.: Vendors shall submit questions related to this combined synopsis/solicitation not later than 09:00 a.m. EST on 08 June 2022.
