This project encompasses HVAC sustainment work to be performed in B3331; specifically on the western half of the building. The facility was constructed in 1980 and its HVAC systems to include the exterior pad mounted condensing unit, Air Handler Unit (AHU) located inside B3331’s mechanical room, and Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes have reached the end of their life cycle and are in need of replacement to a more energy efficient system. Also, the majority of the controls are still analog and are required to be converted over our digital control network located in B3301.
