Nature of requirement is to provide the necessary level of professional, technical, support services required to facilitate the overall objectives of the customer, National Guard Bureau – Public Affairs (NGB-PA) and its members/detachments/units within the 54 States and Territories. The National Guard currently maintains five web sites and 11 social media sites to assist in accomplishing its Public Affairs mission, which is to meet overall objectives of the National Guard Bureau, the National Guard Bureau Public Affairs Office (NGB-PA), the Joint Force Headquarters in each state/territory/DC and the National Guard members and their families. In addition to management and development of these web sites, services shall include providing web programming, web design and server maintenance for these sites and future sites developed to meet the needs of the National Guard. NGB-PA manages approximately 270 dynamic pages (pages not in the archives & outside of the news/feature stories/photos) on NationalGuard.mil that require regular/daily updates. In addition to regular updates, the design process takes days and sometimes weeks depending on complexity and content detail required for each page. NGB has a requirement to purchase these services for a base and four option years (with an additional option for six month extension).
