Bldg. 1502, Rm 243 Montgomery, AL 36108 Attn: MSgt Kathryn Graham (334) 394-7531 The 187th Fighter Wing is hosting an Industry Day on 21 January 2021 for interested parties, both prime contractors and sub-contractors, under NAICS 531120, small business standard of $30M, for market research purposes and to gain knowledge for the lease of various temporary facilities that will be located on the Wing during demolition and construction projects. All attached documents should be considered “draft’ documents and should not be used for creating proposals. Questions and comments are welcome on all posted documents. The agenda will be as follows: Location: 187th Fighter Wing Civil Engineering Classroom, BLDG 1800 21 Jan 2021 8:00 a.m.: Government Welcome Briefing 9:00 a.m.: Project Synopsis 9:30 a.m.: Question and Answer Forum 10:30 a.m: Site Visit 11:30 a.m.: Lunch 1:00 p.m. – 4p.m. In-person 30 minute sessions with the Government (if desired) Interested Parties must register for the Industry Day with the Contracting Office no later than 14 Jan 2021 by providing the following information: Full Name Social Security Number Driver’s License Number and State Date of Birth Questions should be submitted ahead of time to the Contracting Office. Interested Parties will be given the opportunity to submit questions the day of the briefing and can be kept anonymous. Question submitted on the day of the briefing may not be answered based on subject and complexity. However the questions and answers shall be posted to beta.sam.gov. For Parties that are interested in a time slot for in-person sessions with the Government they must submit their request to the Contracting Office no later than 14 Jan 2021 for planning purposes. If you are not interested in attending Industry Day, but would like to submit your capabilities, you may submit: A completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form A listing of projects completed in the last five (5 years), for both Government and private industry. Include, but not limited to, type of project, dollar value, location, POC, indication of prime or subcontractor. Brief outline of resources (no more than five typewritten pages), subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish this contract.
