Amendment is to correct place of performance This is a follow up Source Sought notice to a previously posted notice, dated 1 August 2019, under Reference Number PANNGB-19-P-0000-023692. The purpose of the notice is to gather additional information regarding the proposed Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, and construction in support of the Alabama National Guard's unit mission requirements. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal. These will be multidiscipline contracts consisting of a Base Award of two (2) calendar years and three (3) Option Periods. The total contract period, including options, shall not exceed five (5) years. The total of individual task orders placed against the IDIQ, base period and all exercised options, shall not exceed $90,000,000. This action is being solicited as a total small business set- aside. NAICS Code: 236220, the small business size standard is $36,500,000. The Government intends to award a minimum of 3 with a maximum of 5 individual MATOC contracts. Task Orders will vary in size from minimum of $2,000 to maximum of (To Be Determined). Projects to be constructed are not yet determined and funds are not presently available.
