Purpose of change is to attach the Sources Sought Information Request Form The United State Property and Fiscal Office-Alabama (USPFO-AL) intends to issue a synopsis for a Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, and construction in support of the Alabama National Guard's unit mission requirements. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal. These will be multidiscipline contracts consisting of a Base Award of two (2) calendar years and three (3) Option Periods. The total contract period, including options, shall not exceed five (5) years. The total of individual task orders placed against the IDIQ, base period and all exercised options, shall not exceed $45,000,000. This action is being solicited as a total small business set- aside. NAICS Code: 236220, the small business size standard is $36,500,000. The Government intends to award a minimum of 3 with a maximum of 5 individual MATOC contracts. As requirements develop, Requests for Proposals (RFP) for Task Orders will be issued on a competitive or single source basis, at the Government's discretion. Task Orders will vary in size from $2,000 to $6,000,000, with an average task order amount anticipated at $2,000,000, and will be awarded and issued by the individual task order. Projects to be constructed are not yet determined and funds are not presently available. All interested concerns should complete and submit the Sources Sought Information Request Form.
