The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future.This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. All interested parties should respond. The 109th Airlift Wing, Stratton Air National Guard Base, may issue a solicitation and award a contract for Bldg. #25 & Bldg. #43 Parking Lot, Sidewalks, and Roadway Pavement, subject to availability of funds. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: The Contractor shall provide all construction services and materials to pave parking lots located at the Bldg. #25, Bldg. #43, install new sidewalks, and repave roadway section as marked on the Government provided sketches and in accordance with the statement of work. All interested concerns should provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 13 July 2020. At a minimum, interested contractors should submit the following information (Additional information is neither requested nor desired at this point in time): 1) A completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (see attachment provided in beta.sam posting); AND 2) A list of similar magnitude (between $500K and $1M) paving projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. Please include the type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact for each project listed. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
