The information provided in response to this notice will assist the Government in determining the extent of small business and socio-economic market for providing field sanitation services to the Virginia Army National Guard. The small business size standard under North American Industry classification System code 562991 is $7.5 million. In the event there is insufficient small business interest to support adequate competition, the requirement will be advertised as unrestricted. The primary type of work will be providing field sanitation services to units of the Virginia Army National Guard at Fort Picket-Maneuver Training Center in Blackstone, Virginia. Any resulting award will be a frim fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) allowing for delivery orders to be issued as specific requirements are identified during the period June 1, 2019, or date of award if subsequent thereto, through May 31, 2020 with four one year option periods.
