This sources sought notice does not bind or obligate the government in any way, shape, or form. The information provided in response to this notice will assist the Government in determining the extent of small business and socio-economic availability in the marketplace for providing trailer wraps/graphics to the Virginia Army National Guard. The small business size standard under North American Industry classification System (NAICS) code 811198 is $7.5 million. In the event there is insufficient small business interest to support adequate competition, the requirement will be advertised as unrestricted. The primary Type of work will be apply new marketing trailer wraps/graphics and logos to trailers owned by the Virginia Army National Guard at the Government's location on Fort Pickett, in Blackstone, VA 23824. Any resulting award will be a firm fixed price contract. All interested and capable vendors are requested to provide the below information via email to wesley.spencer4.civ@mail.mil no later than the response date identified in this notice.
