The 119th WG North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG) is seeking vendors interested in providing an inspection, repair, testing and performance of a POSICHECK inspection up to 85 EA MSA FireHawk M7 Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) units and on site at the NDANG in Fargo, ND. Interested vendors shall be Safety Service Technician certified to work on MSA FireHawk M7 SCBA units who possess proof of certification. This Sources Sought solicitation is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research. Its sole purpose is to provide information for planning and market research purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the 119th WG The purpose of this Sources Sought is to help the 119th WG understand industry best practices, technical solutions, and sources capable of meeting the requirements detailed by this solicitation. The 119th WG welcomes responses from all interested parties; however, no decision or award of contract will be made on the basis of responses from industry. The 119th WG will not pay for the preparation of, nor the subsequent use of, information submitted in response to this Sources Sought. Respondents will not be notified of the outcome of the 119th WG's review of the information received. Additionally, the 119th WG does not intend to hold discussions concerning this with any interested parties, but reserves the right to contact vendors if additional information is required for clarifications as it pertains to this Sources Sought.
