Sources Sought Notice Regional Multiple Award Task Order Contract for Construction, Sustainment, Repair and Maintenance Category: Y -Construction of Structures and Facilities-Potential Sources Sought Date Published: 01 August 2019 Contact: United States Property and Fiscal Office Joint Contracting Office New Hampshire National Guard POC Mike Bauder - michael.w.bauder.civ@mail.mil Alternate POC Amanda Bogue - amanda.m.bogue.civ@mail.mil Synopsis: Regional Multiple Award Task Order Contract for Construction, Sustainment, Repair and Maintenance Sources Sought The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested small business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The purpose of this acquisition is for an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, construction and design-build services for National Guard facilities located in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. Typical work includes, but is not limited to: interior and exterior renovations, heating and air conditioning, plumbing, fire suppression, interior and exterior electrical and lighting, fire and intrusion alarms, communications, limited utilities, site-work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete, asphalt paving, storm drainage, limited environmental remediation, construction of new facilities, surveys, studies, design-build and other related work. All interested parties will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 4:00PM EST on 16 August 2019. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for sufficient competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Information shall be provided via email to the points of contact at the top of this page. The subject line shall read: Sources Sought Regional MATOC_Your Company Name. No facsimile responses will be honored.
