This Sources Sought Synopsis is for the Alabama Air National Guard, 187th Fighter Wing, Dannelly Field, Montgomery, AL, to identify sources in the Small Business vendor size under NAICS 236220 for new construction of two separate buildings on adjacent site locations at Dannelly Field. The Project Magnitude is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. No funds are available at this time. The proposed project is outlined in the Statement of Work under the Attachments tab. The government intends to award construction of the F-35 Simulator Facility, Base Supply Complex and F-35 Deployable Spare Parts Storage Facility under one Firm Fixed Price contract.
