The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks multiple contractors for a multi-discipline architect-engineer Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to support construction projects. Services will be performed primarily within the Norfolk District area of responsibility, but also across the North Atlantic Division. The required services are broad, encompassing planning, design, studies, construction management, and commissioning for a wide variety of facility and infrastructure projects. Task orders will be firm fixed price, and all work must be performed under the direct supervision of licensed professionals. The contractor must provide a flexible, high-quality, multi-disciplined workforce capable of managing a fluctuating flow of simultaneous delivery orders.
