This is a Request for Information for market research only and does not constitute a formal solicitation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, anticipates a requirement for the long-term rental of a specialized bucket boat to replace approximately 80 canal bank lights along the C&D Canal from Reedy Point to Town Point. The vessel must operate in shallow water (from less than 1' to 10' deep) and provide a stable platform at least 25 feet above the water surface, accommodating three USACE personnel in addition to the operating crew. The estimated period of performance is 30 calendar days, with an assumed rental period of 2 months. Responses to this RFI are requested by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on March 18, 2026.
