Request for Information (RFI) Sensititre ARIS HiQ Consumables General Information: This is an RFI as defined in FAR 15.201(e) to ascertain whether a commercial item exists that provides the capabilities described herein. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI will be treated as business confidential information. Nonetheless, submitters should properly mark their responses if the information is confidential. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expense associated with responding to this RFI. Requirement & Specification Contract for Consumables for Sensititre Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (AST) System Consumables for use in the Sensititre AST System to be delivered under this contract shall meet the following minimum essential characteristics: • The consumables must be compatible with the already owned Sensititre ARIS HiQ System • The panel must be compatible with the Vizion Digital MIC Viewing system to produce digital images. • The consumables must be compatible with OptiRead™ Automated Fluorometric Plate reading system to provide accurate plate reading. • The contractor shall be able to provide 96 well microtiter plates with customized antibiotics to test extended dilution ranges of antibiotics both in vitro (diagnostic) and research use only. Additionally, the contractor must be able to provide technical support for customer service calls Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding Federal holidays. This requirement shall include delivery of consumables that are within the technical specifications stated above.
