The U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command and the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) located at Fort Detrick, MD, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to provide Anesthesia Apparatus Field Veterinary. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this Sources Sought Notice / market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. The Government requires Anesthesia Apparatus Field Veterinary. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to assess the state-of-the art of the technology available in the marketplace to provide Anesthesia Apparatus Field Veterinary that could be applied to meet this requirement. The Government envisions a solution for Anesthesia Apparatus Field Veterinary that meets the operational and program requirements identified in this Sources Sought Notice to include Attachments 1 , 2 and 3_Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs) included in Amendment 1. Please see the attached MECs: Attachment 3 (Checklist Attachment - Anesthesia Apparatus Field Veterinary_MEC_ Attachment_3) and below for further details.
