Lugar Center for Public Health Research (hereafter referred to as the Lugar Center), and the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research Europe-Middle East (WRAIR E-ME) maintains continuous O&M services for adequate mission operations. WRAIR E-ME is co-located with Georgia’s National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) staff at the Lugar Center located at 99 Kakheti Highway, 0109, Tbilisi Georgia.
