This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide visual information support services and is a recompete contract to provide visual information support services to the WRAIR STRATCOM – VI office. The contractor shall provide a variety of graphic design, photography, scientific illustration, audiovisual, digital content development, administrative, and event support services to meet the communications needs of WRAIR’s customers. The primary place of performance will be on-site at Government facilities located at 503 Robert Grant Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910. Task related travel to provide photography and visual information support within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) is also anticipated.
