This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide arbovirus surveillance support in Nepal. The purpose of this requirement is to provide services associated with scientific/technical support for arboviral surveillance in Nepal, to include supporting study administrative and database management, quality assurance, and logistical support. This contract will be a new solesource 5 year (base+4) contract. The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). This shall include providing all personnel, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and other items necessary to perform services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated contract documents, except for those items specified in Part 3 Government Property and Services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards and acceptable quality levels identified in this PWS and associated contract documents. Please see attached RFI and PWS for more information.
