It is the responsibility of any potential Offeror to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation. 1.0 RFI TITLE: Support Services for the United States Air Force (USAF)/Clinical Investigation Facility (CIF). 2.0 LOCATION: David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base 3.0 BACKGROUND: Travis Air Force Base (AFB) David Grant Medical Center/Clinical Investigation Facility (CIF) is responsible for assisting with the execution of DoD medical research requirements accomplished through the performance of clinical studies and programs. These approved clinical investigation and training projects are often of high visibility within the DoD, the Federal Government, and with the United States Congress and require administration and management to meet the expectations of the funding source, to ensure the projects are conducted efficiently, to permit the timely execution and oversight of such projects, and to comply with regulatory requirements. 4.0 DESCRIPTION: See DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) RFI SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Responses to this RFI shall adhere to the following formatting and outline instructions: 1. Capabilities statement SHALL address the following: - Contractor’s clear understanding and ability to perform the ENTIRE scope of this requirement as detailed in the draft PWS. - Contractor’s experience performing the same or similar work as detailed in the draft PWS. - Existing contract vehicles (e.g., GSA schedule) under which the responder currently offers these services, if any. - Whether the responder provides the required services to the general public under terms and conditions similar to those offered to the Federal Government.
