This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The U.S. Army Medical Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is searching for firms who are capable of providing eCTD Software License Maintenance and Technical Support Services and Training for Liquent’s Insight and SmartDesk Software Products and Modules for the MRDC eITPMO Program Office, Fort Detrick Md. As part of its market research, USAMRAA is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if firms exist who are capable to provide this software which the Government believes is proprietary. The Government has a requirement for a 12-18 month continuation of this software in order to “compete” a new follow-on software solution to replace Insight and SmartDesk products. Firms must be an authorized reseller and maintainer of the aforementioned software. No alternate solutions are being sought at this time. In addition, any firm must be able to provide the aforementioned software solution NLT July 2020. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is issued solely for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of market research for information and planning purposes and does not itself constitute an RFQ. Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes on which USAMRAA can issue any contract. No Request for Quote (RFQ) exists; therefore, DO NOT REQUREST A COPY OF THE RFQ. All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition-sensitive information contained in their response. Firms should NOT submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought. Responses to this notice will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought.
