This is a Sources Sought Synopsis only, intended for market research rather than a solicitation. The contractor would provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services for grease traps, septic tanks, lift stations, and field latrines, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Government-furnished property/services and acts of nature are excluded and will be procured through an alternative method.
