This is a sources sought notice for a carpet replacement project in Building 700 (TRADOC Band) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (Fort Eustis), Virginia. The government is seeking capability statements from interested small business vendors capable of performing the services described in the Performance Work Statement. The intended period of performance is one month, from 1 September 2026 through 31 September 2026. Interested vendors should submit capability statements and any questions by email to the contract specialist and contracting officer.
