MICC Fort Campbell intends to procure one commercial sludge truck as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The procurement will use a hybrid oral solicitation under RFO 12.201(d), and no formal written RFQ will be posted to SAM.gov. Interested small businesses must review the attached Salient Characteristics for minimum technical requirements such as tank capacity, chassis class, and pump specifications. The Contracting Officer will contact interested vendors by telephone and/or email to obtain oral price quotes, confirm delivery timelines, and verify the offered make/model. Award will be a written Purchase Order to the small business offering the lowest-priced, technically acceptable vehicle available within the required delivery timeline.
