Service Order Desk
MICC–Fort Carson, CO, in coordination with DPW, issued an RFI/sources sought seeking solution-based capability statements for an Other Transaction Authority market research effort to modernize the Service Order Desk Platform; no solicitation is currently issued. The solution must be designed, integrated, tested, deployed, and supported to decouple the Service Order Desk from the legacy Base Operations contract and create an independent, highly automated, data-transparent, user-centric platform. Key requirements include 100% auditable real-time fund tracking by facility type, direct digital pathways with ArMA without manual data re-entry, and prevention of premature ticket closures through multi-state tracking and parallel POC notifications. Security compliance requires deployment in a Department of War Impact Level 5 cloud environment with Role-Based Access Control and CAC/SSO integration. Submissions must be solution-based capability statements not exceeding 10 pages.
