The U.S. Government is seeking information from small businesses regarding their capability to provide meal services for a JCLC Camp Gillis Long event in East Baton Rouge. The requirement is for meals for 120 Cadets and 51 Cadre from May 27-31, 2026, plus an additional 120 Cadets and 35 Cadre for lunch and dinner on May 30, 2026. This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes only and is not a formal solicitation. The government intends to set aside the potential future procurement for small businesses, provided at least two qualified small businesses respond to this notice.
