Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a market research notice for architect-engineer services for building, utility, and general infrastructure, which may lead to a Multiple-Award IDIQ contract. The anticipated contract includes a one-year base ordering period with four one-year optional periods. Interested firms must demonstrate an annual capacity to perform at least $1.5 million of work under this effort. Performance of services requires specific experience in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and/or Connecticut. This is for planning purposes only and is not a formal solicitation.
