The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Bliss, Texas, is issuing a solicitation for the purchase and delivery of propane. All work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements outlined in the attached documents. This acquisition is designated as a 100% Small Business Set?Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 325120, with a corresponding small business size standard of 1,200 employees. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will result in the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. MICC – Fort Bliss is seeking quotes from qualified Small Business firms that possess the experience, personnel, and capabilities necessary to successfully perform the tasks described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Note: Delivery must be within 12hrs of contract award.
