This RFI seeks input from contractors capable of performing annual inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs on 60 Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus assemblies and 45 masks for the Garrison Yuma Proving Ground Fire Department in Arizona. The base period of performance runs from 01 October 2026 through 30 September 2027, with four optional one-year extensions through 30 September 2031.
