The work shall include scheduling and performance of mowing and trimming; turf replacement; leaf and debris removal; tree, hedge, and shrub planting, maintenance; policing of areas; The Contractor shall provide all work necessary to maintain the grounds to the standards specified herein. The Contractor shall maintain Improved, Semi-Improved, and Un-Improved Grounds as identified in this PWS. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, tools, supplies, transportation, labor, equipment, and other items and services necessary to perform Grounds maintenance services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), The Contractor shall perform grounds maintenance services to the standards in this contract and in a manner that will maintain grounds in a satisfactory condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Main Post Cemetery, Golf Course, Lawson Army Airfield, Snow Removal and Salting Sidewalks. MWR, AAFES, DECA, DOD Schools and Martin Community Hospital (MACH) are not included in this PWS.
