Provide Ground Maintenance for United States Army Garrison Fort Buchanan as required by system regulations. b. Sufficient experienced personnel are required to ensure that services are maintained at the highest level of proficiency. Contractor shall observe all pertinent operations to the requirements as stated in PWS. ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 561730, Security Systems Services, a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 million. The Product Service Code is S208 Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for review. (Attachment 1) Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement, information requested and answers to all questions indicated. The estimated period of performance consists of (Base Period) plus 4 (One year) Option Periods and is anticipated to be awarded on the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. The contract type is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Type contract type.
