The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Administrative Catholic Deacon Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS. All work shall be accomplished within the guidelines of the Roman Catholic Church, Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA (AMS) Priests’ Manual, Army Regulation 165-1, Army Pamphlet 165-18, and Installation Chaplain Policies. The Contractor shall provide the required services as indicated in this PWS.
