MICC - Fort Knox intends to solicit a requirements type contract for portable latrine, hand wash station, and shower trailer rentals on a small business set-aside basis. This requirement is for portable latrines, hand wash stations, and showers on Fort Knox, KY. Selected vendor will provide portable latrines, hand wash stations, and showers with required additional support equipment and servicing as required to maintain sanitary conditions. The selected vendor shall provide all such requirements for Government units operating within the geographic boundaries of the installation regardless of whether supported entities are tenants of Fort Knox or transitory organizations. The vendor will only be required to provide supplies within the boundaries of Fort Knox, KY, under this contract. This requirement will be solicited on a basis of one (1) base year of support with four (4) option years beginning on 1 May 2025 and running through the ultimate completion date of 30 April 2030. Supplies will be provided on a delivery order basis with specific quantities and dates provided for each individual order. Full delivery, service, and recovery details will be laid out in the Statement of Work provided with the solicitation. The vendor shall perform on both improved and unimproved surfaces. MICC - Fort Knox anticipates publishing the solicitation to SAM.gov on or about 15 February 2025 for award on or about 5 April 2025.
