This is a non-personal services action to esablish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (Master BPA) to provide 82nd Airborne Division Wheeled and Portable Fire Extinguisher Services.The Contractor shall perform Wheeled and Portable Fire Extinguisher Services, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The 82nd Airborne Division has an estimated 5,000 fire extinguishers which require maintenance, inspection, and services each year. This type of contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with services executed at the BPA Call level.
