The U.S. Government desires to procure Active Army Strength Forecaster (A2SF) support services on an 8(a) set-aside basis. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB or RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government wide Point of Entry (GPE) for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Firms are requested to submit a Statement of Capability in response to this request for information which will be the basis for the Government's decision as to the need for small-business or other set-asides. 2. The Statement of Capability must describe in detail the firm's capability to provide the services indicated in the Draft Performance Work Statement. 3. The Statement of Capability must address the questions outlined in the attachment Technical Questions for Small Business Vendors.pdf 4. This statement of capability must be submitted, via email, to Rodrique O. King, rodrique.o.king.civ@army.mil and Connie A. Campbell, connie.a.campbell.civ@army.mil by the response due date and time. 5. The current contract/order number is 47QTCB21D0111 W9124D23F0051 which was awarded to Halvik Corporation as an 8(a) set-aside. The task order period of performance is 20 December 2022 through 19 December 2024.
