This is a Sources Sought for a non-personal services requirement to provide leased non-sewer portable latrines and hand-wash stations. Contractor is responsible for providing leased equipment to the Government. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract provider. The PWS describes the requirement to provide non-sewer portable latrines and hand-wash stations in support of the training and facilities at various sites within the National Training Center (NTC) and Fort Irwin, California Specifically, latrines and hand-wash stations will be placed throughout the entire NTC, Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Yermo and surrounding areas. Lease of portable latines and hand-wash stations include delivery, relocation, servicing, and pick-up/removal of maintained usable leased equipment. Latrines and hand-wash stations are to be in a usable/functional status at all times during the leased period. Combined requirements consist of an estimated 570 latrines and 110 hand-wash stations. The contract will be about 44 days long, from 09 October to 22 November 2023.
