The SSN/RFI document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 112920 with a small business size standard of $2.75M. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit bids.
