The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for Tool for Oracle Application Developers (TOAD) for Oracle and TOAD Data Point for database administration and analytical support at West Point, NY. The period of performance will be for on or about 30 June 2023 through 29 June 2024. This requirement will be a Brand Name competed through the Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) under NAICS code 513210- Software Publishers, size standard is $47.0 Million of Dollars and Product Service Code (PSC) of 7A20. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Please verify that both your Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern. The solicitation will be issued on or about the week of 19 June 2023 in electronic format only and will be available at CHESS (https://chess.army.mil), Army’s designated primary source for establishing commercial IT hardware, software, and services. The U.S. Government desires to procure Tool for Oracle Application Developers (TOAD) for Oracle and TOAD Data Point for database administration and analytical support for the United States Military Academy and Garrison at West Point, New York on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this source sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses in all socioeconomic categories, including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned Small Business, to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. In response to this source sought, please provide: 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, SAM’s Unique Entity Identifier, CAGE code, a statement regarding small business status (including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.), and the corresponding NAICS code. 2. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not.
