Delivery of potable bottled water, 5 gallons each. See attached Request For Quote (RFQ) PANMCC-23-P-0000 013468 (5 GAL Water) and PWS Bottled Water Contract PANMCC-23-P-0000 013468_21July23 for additional details. Vendor will deliver 200 each 5-gallon bottles of potable water in the months of September thru March and 250 each 5-gallon bottles of potable water in the months of April thru August. Delivery needs to be done between the 10th- 15th of each month. Please review and complete the attached RFQ along with required documentation to include any additional documentation you would like to submit with your RFQ. All questions must be submitted no later than 1000hrs MST on 25 July 2023.
