Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Leonard Wood intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to TRG The Response Group, LLC. to support the Public Affairs Office. The requirement is for an annual web-based subscription service for the Jetty Communications Management System. The legacy system was designed and provided by TRG The Response Group. A five (5) year contract is expected with a Base Year of twleve (12) months and four (4) option periods of twelve months each. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
