This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for Solicitation Number: PANMCC-22-P- 0000 016882. The 918th Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), located in Fort Carson, Colorado Springs, CO, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order for Portable Latrine Services, Hand Washing Station and Grey Water Removal to Support Warfighter Exercise 2022. There will be multiple training exercises and numerous periods of performance. Please see attachment 1 and paragraph 5.1.1 in the PWS. The Contractor will furnish all labor, tools, materials, vehicles, equipment, transportation, supervision and other items necessary to provide rental, delivery, relocation, pickup, service for portable latrines, Hand Washing and Grey Water Removal at various sites at Fort Carson Training site, Colorado Spring CO. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS Code: 562991 Septic Tank and related Service. The Product Service Code (PSC) is W085 Lease or Rental Equipment- Toiletries. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract from this solicitation.
