Each SBCT has a Brigade Engineer Battalion (BEB). These BEB’s utilize the Rapidly Emplaced Bridge System. Each Unit 52BEB, 2SBCT and 299BEB, 1SBCT both lack the organic capability, resident knowledge and installation support to operate, troubleshoot, repair, requisite materials and sustain eight (8) Rapidly Emplaced Bridge Systems (REBS) that are part of their fleets. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Rapidly Emplaced Bridge System (REBS) in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this announcement (Attachment 1).
