The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Bragg (MICC-FB) has a requirement for the MEDCOM to procure ATC and A/V install a sophisticated audio tele-conferencing (ATC) for the Assembly Hall, within the C.W. Bill Young Armed Forces Reserve Center, located at 2801 Grand Avenue, Pinellas Park, Florida 33782.
