The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Arizona, intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-Commerical contract on a sole source basis with Danbury Mission Technologies, LLC 100 Wooster Heights Road, Danbury, CT 06810, United States. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) has a requirement to procure a quantity of (2) two Laser Diode Pulsers Y14-10012. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition FAC 2022-07, effective 10 August 2022. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) Code is 334413 with a standard size of 1,250 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
