WINN Army Community Hospital requires a notification system that is able to broadcast information to their 1800 employees. Mass notification system is required to provide 24 x 7, 365 days telephone support to staff in the creation of messages canned and impromptu. A direct 1-800# number or equivalent shall be provided to the site for use by approved point of contacts at the Winn Army Community Hospital. The system will provide scenario based messaging to support the commands requirement to notify staff in the event of active shooter, mass recall, fire, mandatory meeting, conferencing and inclement weather. System will provide canned and impromptu notification detailed to a specific group or unit, provide the capability to be launched via telephone, mobile application or end-user to technical support assistance. The proposed system must have the capability to integrate with military outlook and have a Diacap system
