The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Bragg intends to solicit and award a single firm-fixed priced contract for Memorial Wall Display Replacement located at United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Fort Bragg, NC. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide for the deconstruction, salvage, design, delivery and installation of the Stars and Eagle Wall Display in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and salient characteristic document. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337215, “Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing”, and the business size standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall provide the below listed items to include all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, licenses, quality control, and other items and services necessary to provide the requested items below in accordance with the attached salient characteristics and SOW. The following line items contains the description of requirements for the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) items to be acquired. Line Item 0001 - Wall Display Replacement Period of Performance: Completion is estimated to be 30 days from receipt of contract award. Location: Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310. Quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount for each item. Offerors shall include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions and provisions included in the solicitation. The Government may award without discussions; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in the Government’s best interest. Quotes will be evaluated on price and offeror’s ability to meet the delivery and specification requirements of this solicitation.
