Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled. The solicitation and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. This requirement will be solicited to small businesses. All responsible and responsive small businesses may submit an offer for consideration. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. CCR is not obsolete.
