PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A POTENTIAL SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ISSUED ONLY TO CONDUCT A MARKET RESEARCH STUDY FOR AN ANTICIPATED MILITARY REQUIREMENT. Performance Work statement (PWS) provides top-level objectives for use during the acquisition process to solicit proposals for the design, programming and installation and system commissioning of a compatible VTC solution compatible with current Crestron system. The PWS allows the Contractor flexibility to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions to achieve the objectives. This PWS requires an integrated approach to the design, programming and installation and system commissioning for delivery of services and maintenance at the Fort Leavenworth Courtroom and building 244 Office of the Staff Judge Advocate 415 Custer Bldg 244 Avenue, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas 66027. Contractor will provide on-site service and warranty to include system repairs and replacement, programming, security IOS upgrades, and required periodically required maintenance. Technicians shall be onsite within 2 working days from date of reported incident. Provide on-site programming and installation of VTC Polycon system compatible to current Crestron system in Courtroom. Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement utilizing their company letterhead in a Portable Document Format (PDF). 1) Contractor Information: Provide your firm's contact information with a central POC, Cage Code, TAX ID and DUNS number to include a statement confirming that your company System for Award Management (SAM) registration is current, refer to http://www.sam.gov/. 2) Identify type of Small Business; for more information on the definitions or requirements for these small business programs, refer to http://www.sba.gov/. 3) Experience: Submit a maximum of 3 government or commercial contracts/projects your firm has completed in the last 3 years demonstrating your experience with providing parts, performing routine and emergency maintenance, and installing replacement commercial doors. This past experience may be for the military and/or commercial nonresidential buildings related work within the cost range of $25,000 to $100,000 plus. For each of the contracts/projects submitted for experience, provide the title; location; whether prime or subcontractor work; award and completion dates; contract or subcontract value; type of work; type of contract; a narrative description of the services provided by your firm; and customer information including point of contact, phone number, and email address.
